By accessing or using iineye, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
iineye provides a digital disposable camera service for events. Event hosts can create events with unique QR codes, and guests can upload photos that are stored temporarily until a specified expiry date.
3. User Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account to create events.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our service
- Use the service for spam or unauthorized advertising
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All purchases are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Prices are subject to change with notice.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of photos you upload.
By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and display it within the service.
We are not responsible for content uploaded by users.
7. Data Deletion
Photos and event data are automatically deleted after the gallery expiry date. It is your responsibility to download photos before this date.
8. Limitation of Liability
iineye is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
